MANTA BAY — FRAUDSTERS!

MANTA BAY — FRAUDSTERS!

Manta Bay is a “premium” complex that was SUPPOSED to be located in Ras El Khaimah, but in reality, no one will ever see it physically.

https://i.ibb.co/K9kcNdB/1.jpg THE ORGANIZATION USES 3D PHOTOGRAPHY, BUT THE CONSTRUCTION WILL NOT TAKE PLACE!

Several years ago, the owners of the organization launched the construction of an elite investment complex, but in reality, that is not the case. Many investors purchased properties, but in the end, they will not receive them, as the project itself is just a fantasy of the owners that they have no intentions of realizing. As the company claims, their project is unique due to its terraces and finishes from a premium Italian brand, but all this is merely the fruit of the owners' imagination. The company collects money from all its buyers and then delays, continuing to promise perfect housing next to the best casino in the world.

The Manta Bay website claims that your funds are protected by the state of the UAE and that the return on this project will be 20-30%. But what is the reality of the situation?

https://i.ibb.co/f8d8vpZ/2.jpg

1. The money for the complex does not go to the account of the UAE government, but rather to foreign accounts, meaning your funds are not protected from fraudulent activities in any way; 2. Many investors have filed lawsuits against the company because the complex is not being built and no funds are being refunded to anyone; 3. Instead of a return of 20-30%, you will incur significant losses due to paying for a lawyer and the stress you will experience from the numerous court cases 4. You will freeze your funds, and you will not have the opportunity to invest/spend them on any more promising and transparent projects.

Let’s compare two photos. The first is the official location of the complex, which should already be in the initial stage of construction. The second is a satellite photo. As we can see, there is absolutely nothing on this land. The owners deceive all of their followers by stealing money from them with the false hope of a beautiful life. If you visit their website (https://www.mantabay.ae/ru), you will surely be inspired and want to learn more about the project, as it literally has everything, even aquariums in every apartment.

Now letʼs get acquainted with the developer company — Major Development.

https://i.ibb.co/ydygJn2/4.jpg

Andrey Charapenak is the main CEO of the company,  https://i.ibb.co/9N5gwPL/5.jpg

whom you can see on the Instagram profile of the company itself. All documents go through his name — you should remember him and never meet him again. The business suit conceals his appearance as a cunning thief. If you carefully review the documents on the official website of the developer (https://majordevelopers.com/), you will notice that the organization is also owned by two other people — Andrey Bandarenka and Ihar Navumau. These professionals demonstrate to us how to make money by simply deceiving people who just wanted to buy elite housing in a good location.

How do they deceive their clients?

The beautiful photos on their websites are created by 3D modelers to attract investors from all over the world to invest in their scheme. The owners of the non-existent complex ask for an advance payment for the property and then promise to draft a sales agreement. As you can understand, after the advance payment, no documents are sent, but the transfer has already been made.

If you donʼt want to become a victim of scammers, never engage with Major Development. We recommend looking for properties from other honest developers.

Take care of your money and nerves. Thank you for reading the article!
